Eoulu provides urgent delivery service if customers have urgent needs for standard purchased products based on standard delivery time.
Insurance
Eoulu provides 110% freight insurance coverage for products purchased from Eoulu based on the contract invoice amount.
Unloading
For goods transported by Eoulu, Eoulu provides the service of unloading the goods to the elevator entrance or stairwell on the first floor.
- Designated unloaders: External unloaders are not allowed to enter the customer's factory area, and only unloaders working with the customer can be used to unload the goods.
- Non-designated unloaders: External unloaders can enter the customer's factory area and unload the goods.
Exclusive Vehicle
Eoulu provides special delivery service if customers have special requirements for the transportation time of products purchased from Eoulu.
- Ordinary dedicated vehicles: Ordinary land transport vans only have goods for one customer.
- Special dedicated vehicles: Air-cushion vehicles, cold chain vehicles, etc. can be provided to meet special requirements. The entire vehicle only has goods for one customer.
Storing
Eoulu provides cargo warehousing service if the products purchased from Eoulu cannot be installed or stored at the customer's site.
Upstairs Delivery
Eoulu provides the service of delivering its products upstairs to designated location according to customer requirements, excluding operations such as hoisting and dismantling doors and windows.
Cleanup
Eoulu engineers can clean wooden boxes, cartons and other packaging materials according to customer requirements after installing products purchased from Eoulu.
- Cleaning point designated: If a cleaning point is designated in the customer's factory or park, Eoulu will only transport to the designated cleaning point in the factory.
- No cleaning point designated: If a cleaning point is not designated in the customer's factory or park, Eoulu will arrange vehicles for transportation out of the factory for cleaning.
